Jan 4, 2021
Everyone all agrees, 2020 was not a good year. As much as we want to blame the struggles of the past year on a Covid-19 virus, it wasn't the virus that made 2020 so challenging--it was people. More specifically, it was the pride, arrogance and stubbornness of people that made the past year so challenging. Think about it. Pride kept nations from cooperating. Arrogance separated experts from collaboration. Stubbornness shut up people's ears from learning and understanding neighbors. Think of how differently the past year could have been if we all would have approached it with an attitude of humility.
Here's the hope: A better year awaits if we choose an attitude of humility. The amazing thing is, this truth is found throughout the Bible, and is personified in the person of Jesus. To learn how you can hit reset and live out an attitude of humility, listen to the conclusion of our sermon series, Hidden Hope. We know you'll find it to be helpful!
